JSB Rail comprises four clear areas of business:

Previously operating as part of a larger Labour Supply Group, JSB Rail Ltd commenced trading as a stand-alone business in 2003, following a management type buyout. Now well into our second year, 2003/04 turnover exceeded £2 million, with a 50% growth targeted for 2005.
With our Head Office in Cheshire, JSB Rail has the capability to support the rail industry throughout the UK. The Company strategy is to build our business on the back of staff development and a consolidated client base.
Rather than consistently complain about the lack of midweek work, JSB Rail tries hard to take a more proactive approach to working on the railway. Our training programmes focus on staff retention as much as skills development.
Enabling ‘key staff’ to become multi-disciplinary allows them to undertake other disciplinary duties midweek or during lean periods and multi-task should the need arise in suitable circumstances. The result is an unmatched ability to supply the enhanced numbers only required on weekend blocks.
